        NORTHWEST PLANK GRILLING KIT

There is no better way to prepare fish or meat than plank grilling. By grilling on a thick hand split reusable  alder wood plank you will infuse the fish with the delicate flavor of this native hardwood. Because meat is cooked from the top down,the juices that might run into the fire and allow with the fish to dry out are kept inside. You are assured a nice juicy end product with the nuances of the hardwood forest.

Grilling notes:

Use an indirect fire on gas or charcoal grill to prevent flaming of plank.Pre soak in water ,juice ,or wine for at least an hour.
